When the maintenance man arrived that morning he found that a pipe had broken on the fifth floor of this commercial building.There was water covering half of the office spaces and the water than traveled down the elevator shaft.  Our crews responded right away beginning with extracting the water and placing drying equipment to each floor that was affected.
